Omer Artun, Ph.D.
CEO

Omer holds a Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience and Physics from Brown University where he studied under Nobel Laureate Physicist Leon Cooper on pattern recognition, data mining and complex systems modeling at the Institute for Brain and Neural Systems. Between 1999 and 2002 he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, consulting high-tech and retail companies on strategy development. He specialized in analytical areas such as pricing, direct marketing, customer segmentation. Between 2002 and 2004, he was VP of Strategic Marketing at CDW/Micro Warehouse, a $6B direct reseller of technology products. Between 2004 and 2006, he was Sr. Director of B2B Marketing at Best Buy at its newly founded Best Buy For Business division. Omer was an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business, teaching graduate-level relationship marketing and analytical marketing courses.

 Saravanan Chettiar
VP of finance

Saravanan joins AgilOne with more than 15 years of broad financial and operational experience. He runs the finance, human resource and legal functions at AgilOne.  Prior to AgilOne, Saravanan was VP Finance at Castlight Health, a SAAS healthcare IT company with over $180M in capital raised. At Castlight, he scaled financial operations from Series B through Series D stage.  Prior to that, he held several roles in the corporate planning and sales operations team at Salesforce.com.  Saravanan has also held banking, public accounting and internal audit roles at Credit Suisse, KPMG and the Siemens Group. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with Distinction at the University of Michigan and a Bachelors in Accounting with Honors from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Bill Kiriakis
VP of Sales
Bill joined AgilOne from Omniture, the leading Digital Marketing Suite which after their IPO in 2006, was acquired in 2009 by Adobe for $1.8 billon. He joined Omniture as one of the first Sales Leaders and was most recently VP Sales Retail, Digital Marketing Suite. Prior to Omniture, Bill was the first Sales Leader at Coremetrics one of the first Software as a Service companies, and was integral in the early success of Coremetrics, which was acquired by IBM in 2010. Prior to Coremetrics, Bill was one of the first Sales Managers at Net Perceptions and contributed to their successful IPO in 1999. Bill has a BS in Economics and International Business from California State University, Chico.

Jari Koister, Ph.D.
VP of Technology
Jari holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm Sweden. Jari led research at Ericsson Labs (Stockholm and Los Angeles) and Hewlett-Packard Laboratories (Palo Alto) in computer languages and distributed computing. Between 1998 and 2002 Jari led the development at CommerceOne of the flagship product MarketSite. After Commerce One Jari worked as CTO and CEO with investors turning around and growing companies in online gaming and smart metering. In 2006 Jari founded two companies, both in the emerging space of cloud computing. The first operating as CSO/CTO was Qrodo.com (Singapore) that delivers an elastic platform for broadcasting sports events live on the internet. Jari also founded and held the position of CTO at Groupswim.com (San Francisco), an early social enterprise collaboration company. In 2009 Salesforce.com acquired Groupswim.com, at which time Jari moved in to the role of leading the development of Chatter, Salesforce.com’s social enterprise application and platform. In 2012 Jari took the role of VP Technology at AgilOne, leading Software Engineering, Product Data Science and Technical Operations.

Anselme Le Van
VP of Product Management
Anselme received a double M.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering Department from National University of Singapore and from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and a B.S. degree from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, one of the top French Engineering schools. He conducted research in the fields of mathematics, statistics and modeling working for CNRS, the largest fundamental research organization in Europe. Granted with Singapore’s scholarship, he extended his studies to analytics and majored in techniques such as singular value decomposition, principal component, factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis.

Joe Mancini
Senior Director, Client Services

Joe leads the client services organization at AgilOne, ensuring implementation and client success. He has more than ten years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and marketing with an emphasis on analytics, performance improvement, strategic planning, advertising/media, sales and marketing effectiveness in the technology sector. Joe joined AgilOne from HP, where he was previously responsible for Americas marketing operations and analytics within the personal computer division. At HP Joe managed an international marketing analytics team and collaborated on product and seasonal campaign strategies. His team worked with numerous marketing groups to plan and measure the effectiveness of advertising, direct marketing and events across consumer, SMB, corporate, enterprise, and public sector segments. Prior to HP, Joe was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney where he provided guidance to clients in the Automotive, Technology and Retail spaces. Joe has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with High Distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan.

Bryan Schreier
Partner at Sequoia Capital
Bryan works with internet, enterprise, and mobile companies. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2008, Bryan was Google’s Senior Director of International Online Sales and Operations. At Google, he oversaw advertising sales, operations, and engineering across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He also launched Google’s Europe headquarters and was interim President of Sales in China. Prior to Google, Bryan served in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group. Bryan has a Computer Science degree from Princeton University.

 

Rajeev Batra
Partner at Mayfield Fund
Rajeev has over 10 years of experience in venture capital and invests and works with companies in the enterprise software, SaaS, analytics, and consumer sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of Cloud9, ServiceMax, SmartRecruiters, and Viralheat and is a board observer of Marketo and WideOrbit. Rajeev has held sales, marketing, product and technical positions at high growth software companies such as Siebel Systems, Scopus Technology, and Open Environment Corporation (OEC), where he was a key contributor in OEC’s growth from a bootstrapped startup to its IPO and acquisition by Borland. Prior to Mayfield, Rajeev was at American Capital Strategies, Mobius Venture Capital (aka Softbank Venture Capital), and Austin Ventures. Rajeev received an MBA from Harvard Business School, Masters in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and a BSEE Honors from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Laszlo Bock
SVP of People Operations, Google
Laszlo leads Google’s human resources function globally, which includes all areas related to the attraction, development, and retention of “Googlers”. Prior to Google, he served as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for GE Commercial Equipment Financing. Before GE, Laszlo was a Management Consultant at McKinsey and Company, serving clients in the technology, private equity, and media industries on issues of organizational design, talent acquisition and development, and cultural transformation. Laszlo’s client work also extended to broader business growth and turnaround strategy. Laszlo earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Yale University School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College.

Pat (Pasquale) Romano
CEO of ChargePoint
Pat was formerly the President and CEO of 2Wire which was recently acquired by Pace Plc. for $475 million. Prior to co-founding 2Wire, Pat held several engineering and marketing positions at Polycom, Inc. In 1989, he co-founded Fluent, Inc., a digital video networking company, and served as chief architect until the company was sold to Novell Corporation in 1993. Pat earned his undergraduate degree in computer science from Harvard University, and received his master’s degree from the MIT Media Laboratory.

Mark Uhrmacher

Mark is the Co-Founder and former CTO of ideeli, an e-commerce website which in five years received more than $100 million in investments, grew to 6 million members with $100 million in revenue, and was ranked No. 1 the Inc. 500 list. At ideeli, Mark managed design and deployment of all technology within the company, including consumer-facing website and business support software. Prior to co-founding ideeli, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Infrastructure for Expert Foods. Mark also previously served as Vice President of Technology at DoubleClick. Prior to DoubleClick, Mark held positions at Net Gravity and Oracle. He earned his undergraduate degree in computer science and engineering from M.I.T.
